WhatsApp launches Cross device Support

 

WhatsApp launched cross-device support for smartphone users. This update has been available for iOS devices and how now rolled in for android users as well.

This support allow users to connect WhatsApp to connect up to four devices without being connected to your smartphone. Technically, this means we don’t have to rely on the main device connected to the WhatsApp.

The advantage of this update is that we can open WhatsApp application on multiple devices using the same registered phone number. How cool!

To enable this, head on to your WhatsApp settings, click on linked devices and join Beta. Support for iPad on this update is not yet available.
